Submitting materials does not constitute a binding publishing agreement. Avar Games reserves the right to review, accept, or decline submissions at its sole discretion.
While we treat all submissions with professional discretion, we recommend avoiding the transmission of highly sensitive trade secrets prior to the execution of a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
