Avar Games ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in Spain. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you use our mobile games and related services (the "Services").

Device information: device model, operating system and version, screen resolution, language, time zone.
Identifiers: advertising ID (IDFA/GAID), a unique internal user ID we assign to you, and vendor or installation identifiers.
Gameplay data: game progress, scores, levels completed, session duration, in-game actions and events.
Technical data: IP address (which may be used to infer approximate country/region), crash logs, performance data.
Purchase data: records of in-app purchases made (we do not collect or store payment card details — all payments are processed by Apple or Google).

2.2 Data collected if you choose to provide it

Account data: if you log in via a third-party service (e.g., Google, Apple, Facebook), we may receive a user ID, display name, and email address associated with that account.
Support requests: if you contact us, we collect the information you provide in your message (e.g., email address, description of the issue).

2.3 Data collected by third parties

Our Services integrate third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, and attribution. These third parties may collect data from your device as described in Section 6 below.

4. Advertising

Our games are free to play and are supported by advertising. We work with third-party ad networks that may collect and use data to serve ads, including personalized ads based on your interests.

Personalized ads are served only when you have given your consent via the consent prompt (CMP) displayed when you first open the game. If you do not consent, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

Rewarded ads (e.g., watching a video for in-game rewards) are always optional and initiated by you.

You can change your ad preferences at any time through the privacy settings available within the game, or by resetting your advertising identifier in your device settings:

5. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment card or billing information. For payment-related inquiries or refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly.

We receive a transaction confirmation and record of purchased items to deliver and manage your virtual goods within the game.

Our games use third-party services for advertising, analytics, attribution, and core functionality. These services may collect data from your device through their own SDKs. 7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share your data with:

Third-party SDK providers listed in Section 6, for the purposes described therein.
App store platforms (Apple, Google) for purchase processing and platform services.
Legal authorities when required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
Corporate transactions: if Avar Games is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Rectification: request correction of inaccurate data.
Erasure: request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").

Gameplay and account data: retained for the duration of your use of the Services. If you request deletion of your data or your account has been inactive for 36 months, we will delete or anonymize it.
Purchase records: retained as required by applicable tax and commercial law.
Support requests: retained for up to 24 months after resolution.

10. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
